Using dental adhesive for a anti-snoring device?
Anyone try this?
I use an anti snoring device which works great, but falls out of my mouth occasionally.
Would it be safe to use fixodent or another type of adhesive to keep it in?
Are those adhesives safe on teeth?

You could try it, but it probably won’t work. You should take the device back to the dentist and have him add acrylic to the intaglio surface. If it’s a thermoformed acrylic, then you’ll have to send it back to the lab with an impression.
