HELP….. my husband wont stop snoring… can i kill him legally lol?

My husband is a shift worker so he doesnt have a regular sleeping pattern, I have this problem about 3 nights a week because the other 4 nights hes at work… but im tired of having to go to another bed in the middle of the night… we have tried anti snoring ring…. nasal strips and even a really good pillow.. I am desperate. I dont think he has sleep apnea as he doesnt stop breathing… unless I shove a pillow over his face lol… Does anyone have any ideas that maybe of help

No, it’s not legal, though you could probably claim temporary insanity!
It sounds like your husband needs to see a doctor who will refer him to a good sleep clinic. They will have him spend the night there hooked up to all kinds of testing equipment while he sleeps – and as a bonus you get to sleep at home that night in peace! Seriously, after the sleep study, the doctor should be able to make some effective suggestions to improve this situation.He could have sleep apnea even though you don’t notice the breathing stopping. He could also have any number of medical conditions that are treatable.Most insurances pay for this as it prevents much more serious illnesses later on & does diagnose treatable conditions now.
The important thing is that this be done asap. This is a health issue for both of you – neither of you is truly getting a good night’s sleep. And many marriages have eventually fallen apart over this – sleep deprivation can make some enormous changes in behavior -especially yours after you build up resentment over your lack of sleep.
