Anyone know any snoring relief aid medication or products that work?
I snore and I would like to know if any of you have any used any type of medication or snore aid products that worked for you?
Any suggestions please feel free.
I have used these things called Brez and they did work but now at times it dont work. I think I maybe putting it in wrong or something.
Have you had a sleep test to check for sleep apnea? I know quite a few people who have it. A machine that forces air into your nose makes a lot of difference for a lot of people. The reasons for sleep apnea include being overweight.
