i really huge and im juss tired and i snore bad and i get tired of kids teasing. my problem is that i will say im going on a diet tommorrow. EVERYDAY!!!!!! so plz help me im not lazy and will exercise.

Maybe you should try watching a show like the Biggest Loser. I also really like this one show called Big Happy Family.
At first, maybe you should make a list of all the things you plan on doing in your exercises.
That way when your stuck and don’t know what to do, you won’t give up.
Try to avoid all crackers and fatty foods(like cheese-its, oreos, candy)
Also Diet soda is a life-saver lol. I really like Diet Cherry Cola. You can barely tell its diet. it has 0 calories.
Ask your family for help. Go to the grocery store, and pick out healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, yogurts…etc.
before each meal, drink a glass of ice-cold water. it will make you less hungry.
Stay organized!! Cleaning your room burns over 100 calories. (if you make your bed, vacuum a lil, and just pick stuff off the floor.)
