Is it possible for a 4 month old kitty to sleep,snore and purr at the same time?

I Have never seen him do that. he is doing that now.
As I answer your question my Tortie and Wegie are sound asleep on
their bed doing the same thing.All this means is you have a very happy
and contented cat.
