headaches everrrrrrrrrrryday!?

im 25, and everyyyday for the past wk or two i have woken up to a dibilitating headache its like a nail being drills into my top part anf temples. last wk i had the auras and flashing lights and my vision was all distroted, i have gotten these off and on for years. Also my jaw locks at least 2xs a wk when i wake up, also i am overweight and i snore bad at night, could this play a part? i know my bed and pillows are comfy. i get stressed easily, just wondering whats goin on with me
these are all valid points to see the doctor immediately. The fact that you are overweight could play the part in your headaches…. perhaps it’s your diet…too much processed food?
Also.. you mentioned your jack locks… sounds like you’re having TMJ problems… and TMJ problems trigger headaches.
You should go see a doctor. Stay healthy!
