An Episcopal “pastor” fell asleep everyday of a 4 day trial here in Manhattan Kansas and the judge did not stop the trial to admonish him. the pastor wasn’t even listening to crucial evidence presented he was snoring next to me while I was trying to listen to it and yet he voted against the elderly lady who brought suit against a medical facility for gross negligence. The people sitting in the audience were staring at him in shocked disbelief too. Did this elderly plaintiff get a fair trial?
Nope, and that gives the plaintiff grounds for appeal. You should find a way to notify her lawyer. This would be a matter of public record.
