Use an old t-shirt with a pocket, wear it backwards, put a tennis ball in the pocket. this prevents u from rolling on your back and snoring. also try some of those “breathe right strips”. last but not least, you could try to lose some weight (if u r overweight), being overweight increases your risk for snoring and sleep apnea which is even worse.
