colic or hungry.. im so confused help needed?

i think my newborn (1 month) has colic. she usually cries after a feed . she goes red, moves her arms and legs and cries. im confused is she hungry or is it colic?? when i put a dummy in her mouth she usually goes quiet and then 10 mins later the crying starts. i usually feed every 4 or sometimes 5 hours. she usaullly sleeps and i wake her up ( when its 4 hours and she becomes abit fidgeity then i wake her up and change her nappy ( she cries trough the whole time ) until i give her milk. im so confuesed. and is it normal for her to make weird noises when she drinks milk. like snoring and wailing ..?

the noises sound fine to me. my son struggled with wind after feeding and the one method which really worked was to feed him as normal then lay him down in my arms for around ten minutes or untill i could feel the rumbling of wind inside him. then i would bring him up into a vertical position and the wind would come up much easier than with any other method.
