Snoring Device?

HI
I had my dentist make me a moulded snoring device for my mouth which pulls my jaw forward and opens my airway for sleep. Its kind of like a mouthguard. It goes in just fine and I can fall off to sleep with it in no problem. However at some point during the night it falls out. I was wondering how anybody else may have conquered this problem. Needless to say it wasnt cheap and Ive heard great things about this but I just need it to stay in lol.

You could try a chin strap. I use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, and use a chin strap to keep my mouth shut so I don’t breath through it at night. My chinstrap is basically an elastic bandage with velcro to make it easy to use. It isn’t tight, just snug enough to keep my mouth closed. Good Luck!
