My boyfriend has sleep apnea and snores so bad….?
My boyfriend is well aware of the fact that he has sleep apnea, yet refuses to do anything about it. He won’t go see a doctor, even if his life depended on it. He’s tried nose strips, and still snores. He spent a good chunk of change on this mouth guard he saw on tv, yet won’t wear it because he says it hurts his jaw. He snores no matter what position he lays in, and his breathing is so erratic. I have tried ear plugs, cotton in the ear, my iPOD. I finally just gave up and I know sleep on the couch when he gets to bed. I am at the end of my rope. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have an idea to convince your boyfriend to see a doctor: try to record his sleep with a video camera.
