Im stuck sleeping on the couch pls help!!?
Recently my girlfriend has asked me to sleep on the couch.. The cause of this she say’s is my snoring. I have tried everything to help stop snoring (sprays, nasal strips tennis balls) the list goes on, but it just wont stop. its upsetting me too because I like to lie beside her at night and wake up beside her but since I have been moved to the couch I feel like something is missing can anyone help!!!
My wife snores really bad,but I would never ask her to do that,there are plenty of things to deal with that but so far we have not found the answer.Even if you havesurgery you cannot be sure it will work.In the mean time,try to convince her that you miss her.When my wife gets really loud and it wakes me up I just touch or hold her and she settles down.
