I hate to snore!Help!!!!!!!?
I have always wondered if their was a natural way to get rid of snoring.I have been told that I have that particular problem but have never researched the solution.I figured maybe someone knows the solution to this problem.Any assistance pertaining to this matter would be very well appreciated.Can someone help me!Thank you!!!
There are many different things that can cause snoring. I am not overweight at all, but am told I snore loudly. However, for many people, loosing weight does help. You may have a deviated nasal septum, which can contribute to snoring. You may have subtle allergies. Acid reflux, which you may not even be aware you have, can cause snoring by inflamming the back of your throat. Sleep apnea is also a major cause cause of snoring, and this usually requires a doctor care.
My suggestion would be to first try taking an OTC acid inhibitor every night before you go to bed: Pepcid, Axid, Prilosec or the like. See if that might help. The nasal strips do help to a degree, as does sleeping on your side, but of course it’s difficult to maintain this position all night. If all else fails, I would consult with a doctor for further help and suggestions. Good luck.
