Is there any sure fire way to make your mate quit snoring?
My husband snores so loudly, I have to leave the room…
He either keeps me awake or wakes me up…
And the snoring is not consistant, it is irratic…
I have bought nose sprays, nose bandaids, throat sprays, nose clips, oils and balms and creams, humidifiers and vaporizers, and I am losing way too much sleep over this…
I have tried ear plugs and that doesn’t work either, I can’t get them to stay in my ears…
I also leave the TV on to try to drown him out and also a fan going in the room…
Nothing on earth works…
I think he needs nose surgery…
The loud, erratic nature of his snoring may be a sign that your husband has sleep apnea. That is actually a dangerous health condition.
If that is not the issue, get ear plugs. There are good ones made of silicone that really block out a lot of noise. You can usally find them in the pharmaceutical section with eye care products. I have been using ear plugs for 31 years of marriage.
