I need help with my boyfriend’s snoring can someone help?
I love the guy we have been together 7 years we have 2 kids together and I don’t wanna have to not sleep in bed with him but his snoring drives me nuts I feel like beating him with a pillow some nights lol is there anything I could do for him for the snoring to at least quiet down?
he should be tested for sleep apnea in a very serious way if hes that bad, as this is a huge indicator of something that could be life threatening..
you can also:
- roll him onto his side
- put strips over his nose to widen his nasal openings at ngiht
- use ear plugs
- have him sleep not facing you
- take him to a doctor to ensure he has an asthma pump if hes asthmatic or have him allergy tested to see if his restricted breathing is allergy related
