Is glycerine good for snoring?
I suffer from severe snoring and have tried several glycerin based remedies, which have failed. However, last night I tried a spoonful of straight glycerin, and my wife had the best nights sleep she had had in years! Does anybody know of any problems or side effects of using it long term?
SEE a doc. Snoring is a symptom of underlying disease. Often chronic severe snoring is related to sleep apnea.
