iv got a bit of a snoring problem & im too scared to sleep ova his house!?
I’ve been dating a guy 4 a bit & i wanna stay over his place soon but im scared he’ll get turned off by my snoring:( its not mega loud but iv been told its still anoying. i dont know how to get rid of it!! im only 20 and im not overweight or anything, i dont know why i snore but i want to stop, any advice?
hmm have u been to the doctor to get it looked at… usually they can do sleep studies to find out whats causing it, just an idea…sometimes asthma suffers can snore too, its hard to say cuz i dont know ur history… but get it looked at by ur doctor…
