What causes people to snore? Is there a way to stop someone from snoring?
It`s hard for me to sleep when other people are snoring…
Pretty much everybody snores. Even my cat. It is loose tissue inside the throat that makes that sound as the sleeper inhales and exhales deeply. Sometimes surgery can cure bad snoring. Also, there is a spray you can buy that is like a numbing/shrinking agent that you spray into your mouth before you go to sleep. It works for a little while. What really works well is if the awake person stuffs some 32 db noise reduction earplugs in their ears, or takes a sleeping pill.
