Are sinus problems caused by polyps or allergies ?
I get a yucky coated tounge in the morning sometimes due to sinus probs ..sometimes there can be stale blood too (been like this occasionally for a few years)
I think it could be what I eat sometimes,especially dairy.
I am snoring too although in the winter months I can breathe through my nose but in summer I find it harder unless I take some medicine!
what causes this and best thing to take for it 
Allergies can cause sinus problems. Pollen, dust mites,smoke, mold etc. can cause the lining of the sinus cavities to swell causing a blockage. Dairy can cause chronic sinusitis or sinus problems. try giving it up and see if there’s a change in your sinus blockage. Medicine or medication have a lot of side effects. Try to avoid them and use natural sinus treatment. In the summer you may be exposing yourself to pollen, However just dust in the air can do it. Air out your house too. Nurse Addison
