Snoring through nose?
My girlfriend snores through her nose when she goes to sleep. She has asthma so i know it’s not her fault, but is there anything she can do to reduce it? She never snores through her mouth so it must be something to do with the asthma and the fact she has had her tonsils removed.
nasal strips are always a good solution, and by the way even if she didn’t have asthma it would still not be her fault.
