Snoring Bed Partners

snoring bed partners
any way to sleep well with a partner in bed?

I slept in my own bed most my life. My ex was an awful snorer, and never did anything about it. Ear plugs didn’t help, moving to another room – I could still hear. He wouldn’t do anything about it, and I was not going to take sleeping pills or drugs. My current boyfriend doesn’t snore (woo-hoo!), but he tends to spend his nights on my side of the bed (cuddling me, and it gets hot, and itchy), and he moves around in his sleep, so every time he moves I wake up. My mom told me she couldn’t wait for her and my dad to get older so she could have her own bedroom and finally get some good night sleeps.

I can completely relate to your situation. My husband loves to cuddle and I also get extremely hot and can’t sleep and it makes me irritable. I finally had to talk to him about it. He was very understandable and now we cuddle until he falls asleep and then I gently push him away.
