boston terrier or pug??? i need some info from boston owners?
im planing on adopting a pug or a boston terrier
i did lots of research about pug and by far they stole my heart
i live in a apartment andi have access to the backyard
i know that those are 2 very different breeds but i want to know more about bostons
like how much exercise then need
grooming
any health problems etc…
im not home from 8 am to 1 pm from monday to friday so im looking ot adopt an older dog ( 2,3 year old )
i know about the snoring ,farting, sneezing ,drooling stuff and im used to it
so that wont be a problem
Oh boy! What a choice! I love them both too! Boston Terriers do need lots of play time and want to play with their owners. Pugs and Bostons each have a unique personality. Health problems? Well, for one they each are short nosed and need to be inside in hot weather or they can face serious heat related problems as they cannot cool the air as well as other longer nosed breeds. Both breeds have large eyes prone to injury because of the shape of the eyes. So keep that in mind when letting them out in the yard, keep sharp objects, wire etc. out of reach.
Congratulations on thinking of an older doggie.
BTW there is also a doggie half Boston, half Pug, called a “BUG” But I really recommend either Boston or Pug because they make me laugh!
