can braces lead to snoring ?
ive never snored in my entire life except wen im sick on occasion … but ive had top braces for a few months now and im realising that im starting to snore very deeply as im told and its not maybe u never noticed thing its iknow for a fact i never did :p srry :p
Snoring occurs when the lining of your throat relaxes completly and ripples when air passes over it whilst sleep. Unless your braces have a direct connection between your front teeth and the lining at the back of your throat i would’nt see how they would make you snore. It could be that you now sleep with your mouth open, drying the back of your throat and causing air to make a whistle sound whilst asleep which is a form of snoring.
