Just Bought 8 week old English bulldog and am wondering if she is Sick or not?
We got her home and she was running around fine but then she sounded as if she had problems breathing She was wood floor that was a bit to my touch is that problem if so what type of sickness could she get?? Right after when she was taking a nap but it would clam down after a couple of minutes I think it might just be her snoring but not sure if it is as loud as she was…. Another thing is we went to buy food and looked at different brands and picked EVO the small dog type and since then I have feed her maybe a cup total that night and ever since she has been going number 2 solid and liquid combine is this normal since I changed the food type? And how long does it take to pass? Also is it normal for her stomach to get big when she is sleeping…?Am new to Bulldogs and I been searching for some thing I also need to get one more puppy shot when should I get this done and is what is causing the problem??Thanks for any help!!
One, you should have done more research into BullDogs before you got this puppy, but it is too late now.
I would say call the breeder, but a responsible breeder would have never sold you this dog if you know nothing about the breed.
Bulldogs can have some breathing issues due to the structure of their face. Is the food you are feeding her puppy food??? Because she needs the nutrition in puppy food, just like a baby eats baby food. Does she sleep right after she eats??? That may be why her stomach is big.
Please clarify your question because you are all over the place.
