
Leave Behind Your Belly Fats Thru Yoga Routines
Many individuals are not aware that stomach yoga exercises are effective. Aside from toning and strengthening your body core, it will also develop your emotional and spiritual belief. Plus, your yoga stomach routines will reduce stress also that most of time are the cause of belly fats. Below are some of the common stomach yoga exercises that you could try.
1. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana). Most common stomach yoga routine. Known and proven to be the most helpful exercise to lose your stomach fats. To maximize the benefits you can incorporate other yoga exercises. Just keep in mind that before you do any physical activity, you need to check with your doctor if you are capable to perform those activities. Especially if you have any back problem or you have a stiff back, consult your doctor first for your safety.
2. Child’s Pose (Balasana). Considered as the easiest stomach yoga exercise. This is good for beginners as well. As the word implies, “bala” means in Sanskrit is “child”. You can imitate your babies when they curl-up. It provides many benefits which concentrates on your ab muscles even if this is an easy exercise.
3. Cat Cow Pose (Marjarasana). Simply termed as cat-pose. Again, it’s a very simple exercise but very effective one. Another recommended yoga exercise for beginners. It is safe also for pregnant women. For best result, while performing these routines you need to move your body while breathing. Anyone who practices this routine leaves them the feeling of being stretched and open.
4. Reclining Twist (Jathara Parivartanasana). This routine is done in a lying position. To some they prefer to do this as their finishing pose because it works out in any bends and twists. This routine is for everybody even those who have excess belly fats. It can also reduce back pains, relaxes your hips and neck aside from removing those belly fats.
Every exercise is effective as long as you dedicate your time and self-discipline. With the practice of right breathing, all these exercises are beneficial. With regular exericse you will get the full benefits.
