How do I fix my snoring?
Pills don’t work
Throat strips don’t work
Sprays don’t work
Clamping my nose doesn’t work
Taping my mouth shut doesn’t work
Nose strips don’t work
Sleeping on my side doesn’t work
Sleeping with my head up doesn’t work
Cold temp. doesn’t work
Hot temp. doesn’t work
Nothing seems to work! What the hell? What else can I do? I’ve contemplated surgery, but I have no idea how much it is and where to get it. I don’t want to wear a mask either.

I snore every night
The problem could be with your airways. There are 2 things that can cause you to snore. #1 a deviated septum. You nasal cavity isn’t separated equally on both sides. At the back end of your velo pharyngeal port you have tonsils called adenoids. If you have large adenoids that block you velopharyngeal port this causes you to snore because the airway is constricted. The good thing about this is that your adenoids atrophy will age.
I would go to your primary dr to get a referral for an ENT
