Keeping dental device in at night?
I bought an anti-snore mouthpiece, and it works WONDERS! That is, until it falls out of my mouth when I’m asleep.
Would it be ok to use some kind of adhesive product like Polident to help keep it on my teeth so it doesnt fall out?
Is polident safe when exposed to teeth?
Thanks!!
Do not apply adhesives or anything else to your anti snore appliance because it will be a BIG mess. The way to stop it from falling out is to train yourself to not spit it out while asleep and all you need to do is to put it in about an hour or so before going to bed until the appliance stays in your mouth all night.
