anyone help with my snoring problem?
I snore really loudly,and it keeps up my boyfriend,and my family,wherever they are in the house. i had my adenoids removed as a child,i don’t know whether that matters ,but it’s getting worse,and i’m embarrassed to sleep. :/ i’m staying with my boyfriend’s family tomorrow and don’t want them to end up sleeping on the couch in annoyance! any ideas on how to ease the snoring?
