Heavy and rapid breathing during sleep….serious answers please?
I have a friend who is married. He says his wife wakes him out of his sleep with heavy and rapid breathing, like she may be playing with herself and then when he turns to her, she starts snoring. This always happens at a certain time of the early morning and she has no recollection of the event. Has anyone ever experienced this before.
She was probably just having a bad dream.
