ALWAYS ABIDE A CAT
I purr and I lick
I yawn then I snore
you may think a cats life
is quit the bore
I sleep then I wake
I eat then I drink
like any sort Of mouse
or ferret
or mink
but there’s more to a cat
than meets the eye
we defend when we hiss
we catch when we spy
like an eagle we can see
from a far off distance
when we catch our prey
we have very good persistance
so you see my fellow being
when we meet at the divide
remember I am not a bore
this you must abide.
Note that I am not very old!
You may not be very old, but neither has to be the reader to understand this.
Snoring Ferret.
