I got a snoring problem can someone help me?
Well to start off i am a 13 year old boy. I am overwieght by 20 pounds and the precntile is 25.0 but i have been on a diet for the secand week but my brother who is 16 told me i snore that it is funny. I then herd snoreing is really bad and i asked my other sister she said i snore somewhat but not loud like you can hear it through the room but i snore often. I heard it is bad for your health. I dont feel tired i feel very active when i wake up so can this mean i might be going through a bad sign? I dont snore everyday but when i do sleep late i snore but not as load. Can someone please tell me if i am fine or bad? And if it is bad is there a personal way without surgery or machines to cure this problem?
