How can I tell if my dog is brachycephalic?

My dog is a Pekingese/Poodle (sometimes called a Pekipoo). Her face looks more like a Poodle’s, but she definitely sounds like a Pekingese. She snorts, snores and grunts like many brachycephalic dogs (dogs with “smushed in” faces like Pugs, Bulldogs, and Pekingeses). But her snout doesn’t look “smushed in”. It sticks out about two inches. Is there anyway to tell if she is or isn’t without a trip to the vet? I know there are some health issues that go along with being brachycephalic and I’d really like to know so I can be cautious.

Here is a picture of her if it helps: http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z259/deenytheoddest/Multimediamessag.jpg

So be cautious. Even if she’s not, it’s better safe than sorry. There are many other signs to watch for, but unless your a vet………
