Snoring….? HELP!?
My boyfriend snores badly at night, when he snores he makes a popping sound,(Like the sound those toy gun powder guns make) it doesn’t sound healthy at all.Any ideas on what it could be?
He should definitely get a sleep study done to make sure he is not suffering from sleep apnea. Other wise you may want to try a throat spray such as snorenz. The nose strips can help air flow, but it doesn’t attack the problem area where the snoring occurs, like the spray does. Plus the strips can get very expensive, and are annoying to wear.
