SnoreStop Spray while pregnant? Experience? Anyone, please? Husband loosing sleep!!?
I asked this a bit ago and only got one troll answer…please help:
I am 38weeks pregnant, and for the past two months my snoring has gotten worse and worse. My poor husband is really being kept away and keeps having to move to the couch in the middle of the night…it is awful…. I have tried the nose strips and throat lubricating rinse made with essential oils and neither works. Now i just found this “SnoreStop” Naso Spray that is made with homeopathic herbs (Histaminium, Hydrastis, Kali bic, Nux vom, Teucrium mar, Belladonna), but is says on the package to “consult a doctor” if you are pregnant before use.
It is too late to call the doctor, and i wanted to use it tonight. Have any of you asked your doctor, used this product, or know whether it is safe to use during pregnancy? And, does it work?
I would definitely consult the dr. about using that. Even though it is homeopathic I’ve heard that some of those herbs can be dangerous, like belladonna. You should also try saline each night before going to sleep- you can squirt it or do an entire nasal drain. You can buy those at drug stores. They aren’t very comfy putting the saline in your nose, but it really does work well. You could try breath right strips, too.
