How Do I fix My huge Snoring Problem?
I snore really loud, and its gotten to the point where I try to avoid going to sleepovers. My sister is always throwing things at me or yelling at me so I will wake up and not snore anymore. It really hurts my feelings when somone says that I snore loud because I try everything I can to stop it. I’ve tried many things like breathe right nose strips and sprays. I need help! Would surgery work? I’ve never had my tonsils removed would that help? I feel like there is nothing i can do to stop it. I even sleep on my side…
well there is a commercial on how to stop snoring. they advertise this mouthgaurd like object that either stops or reduces snoring. you should try this before surgery. if you cant find it ask about it at the store.
