Can one use thier CPAP breathing devices on United flights?
I am traveling to Asia and europe and would like to take my CPAP breathing device. A quite airflow device which keep me from snoring and prevents sleep apnea. Anyone have experiance using these systems in flight? I’m flying united and luftuansa.

You need to call your airline, and find out if you’ll have a power source to use your machine. My husband and his brother and his father all have apnea and it’s always about whether or not there will be a power source. The only way for you to know for sure will be to call your airline, explain that you have a CPAP and the type of elecrical plug you will need. Can you get a battery adaptor for your machine? For that, you will need to call your local Medical Supply store where you get your replacement parts for your machine. Hope you get good sleep on your flight!
