Snoring To loud and its Annoying?
Me and my fiance are living together because we’re getting married soon but he snores to loud and i can never get a good nights sleep.. and i don’t want to have bags under my eyes in my wedding photos. But when he was younger he had braces and got a retainer but never sleeps with it on. Will a retainer help snoring because it just like and snore guard right?
Has he been checked by a doctor?
