any tricks for people who snore?
my boyfriend snores. He’s tried the throat rinses (2-3 brands), and I’ve tried earplugs, which annoy me b/c i cannot hear my children in the midle of the night, over the earplugs. I wake up a couple times a night, and can never go back to sleep. More and more nights are spent on the couch. I am hating this…. help. (Oh, and I also roll him over on his side, which used to stop it for a while, now it seems like nothing does).
