My husband snores and I can’t sleep”?
My husband snores and twitches his legs all through the night. It has become worse as he has gained weight again. I am a light sleeper and wake up all through the night because of it. I have tried earplugs, a box fan on high, sleeping pills, and have had him try some snore stop spray from Rite Aid. None of this is getting us anywhere. Please help me sleep at night without having to take pills every night.
Tell him to get more exercise before he gets sleep apnea, and drink more water
