My 1 year old daughter was eating some vegetable rice on friday and I think some went up her nasal cavitiy?
My daughter was eating on friday and I think some mus be went u her nose. Last night wen I put her to bed I realise that she was sorta snoring. Then today I am realising that her left nostril is full of mucous. I used some saline solution to try and clean out her nasal passage but nothing came out. She is also has a funky smell coming from her nose and mouth which I noticed this morning. I am planning to take her to the pediatrician on monday. What are your opinions and what can I do in the meantime?
Did you try using a suction bulb like they use on newborns?
That would be the best way to try and get something out.
It sounds more like she may have allergies or is coming down with something though, and not like something is stuck up in her nose.
