1) Close your mouth and pretend you are chewing. 
2) Make sure your lips stay closed and your teeth move apart and then touch gently. 
3) Do this for just a few seconds. 
4) To make the exercise more effective you can make a humming sound – mmmmm – at the same time.

You should feel how powerful this exercise can be as it helps open your throat and strengthen your jaw muscles.
