How to cure a snoring problem?
It’s hard falling asleep to someone you like when you CANNOT sleep! The person has already been to a sleeping clinic, and even tries to sleep on his sides (which helps you stop snoring)… is there anything else you can do to help it tone down or just stop altogether? It’s driving me crazy, and it’s really really loud and sounds like their spazing out sometimes.
My mother snores very loud too, and we can hear her snores from across the house. I told her to read some free info’s online on how to stop snoring and she starts practicing it, like, sleep and wake up at fix time everyday, it helps a little.
