20 and I snore?
This is a bit of a problem me and brother have always shared a room and I snore quiite badly apprently, I sleep on my side when I sleep not on my back, and he says it is getting worse, he is moving out next month but I wanna solve the problem. I am 5ft 4 and I weigh 12 stone exactly, I would say I have a bit more fat than others but not obese. any solutions?
Buy “breath right strips” that’s placed over your nose. You see them alot on football players. They work wonders.
