Tell him that he needs to make an appointment with a sleep specialist. He could have something called sleep apnea…which basically means he stops breathing at night. In the long run, it can really damage his heart.(My father had his first heart attack at 35 years old and several more small ones after that. My kids’ father had his first at 38. Sleep apnea is nothing to mess with.)
