How do I stop getting so angry at my boyfriends snoring?
He’s started to snore so much and I hate noise when I’m trying to sleep! I’ve tried two types of ear plugs, made him use some sort of snoring spray and (of course) used the age old technique of kicking/hitting him! The rational part of my brain knows it’s not his but the irrational, tired part of my brain needs him to shut up. Any ideas how I could get over this? Thanks in advance!

They say sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs help. No idea if it works for other people but for my boyfriend it does not!!! I get so angry about it because it is irritating! What works best for me. Is just waking him up EVERY time he starts to snore. He’ll stop for a second and start up again. Took me two days of doing it and sometimes i can get him to stop snoring for about an hour so that i can fall asleep.
Hope you figure this out, I can understand how irritating and tiresome it can be!
