Stop Snoring!!!?
Is there anything I can buy to help out with a snoring problem? Other than the obvious stuff like losing weight, nose strips, seeing a doctor, etc…
well if beating them to death isnt an option.. then try oils.
My boyfriend snore’s all the time. and it was a real strain on me when we first got together as I wasn’t getting enough sleep.
Then I bought oils from the market. one is lavender I think the other I cant remember… you can probably find them on the web. It really helped, he is now quieter and I sleep deeper because of the lavender.
Try it.
If it doesn’t work then kicking is always a good solution..
