Has anyone used those breathe right strips….and if so, do they work for nighttime allergy congestion?

I have been waking up for the past 2 weeks with my nose stuffed and my mouth wide open and dry…not to mention the snoring that is affecting my husband’s “beauty” sleep. :) I tried nasal sprays like rhinocort and nasonex but they don’t work. This is NOT a cold. It is allergy related. We have a cat that tends to be in the room with us. I am also having allergies to the regular spring time stuff. Do those strips work???

Nose strips do work I use them and they do help with snoring just make sure you get the right size and if you put night cream on at night avoid nose area or it will not stick Happy breathing

Sleepy Tigers…
