Snoring vs Sleeping?
This is a dual question –
1. Has anyone found a simple (non-surgical or device) remedy for excessive snoring?
2. Has anyone had success with herbal remedies for insomnia? Any suggestions? I don’t sleep, and I would like to avoid prescription drugs.
Breath-right strips can sometimes help with the snoring issue by opening up the nasal passage (particular useful are the ones which contain Vicks).
My mother has suffered from insomnia for years and one thing that helps her is putting on those meditative cds…like the sounds of waves and all that fun stuff.
