Snoring: Why is it I only snore (according to hubby) when I’m extremely tired?
According to hubby I don’t usually snore, but a couple of days ago I was went like 2 1/2 days w/o sleep (our youngest has colic and is teething) and when I finally got to sleep he’s says I called all he hogs. My parents use to say that when I was extremely tired I would snore when I lived w/ them (before I was married). I thought snoring meant you had nasal issues.
People who usually don’t snore may do so when they are having
a cold or extremely tired like you.
One of the causes of snoring is sleeping pattern.
You should be sleeping more regularly. If your sleep pattern
is not good you may be tired and snore.
Cure your snore by keeping regular schedule of sleeping.
