Snoring boyfriend?
My boyfriend is a horrible snorer! Latly it has gotten to the point where i cant even sleep during the night. Or he will wake me up with it. Is there anything i can buy at the store without spending alot of money. I know there are surgeries and such. but i cant real afford anything like that and neither can he. So i was just curious if there was anything that i could use that wouldnt be to much and you can find at a walmart. Also there is no way for me to use ear plugs, because soon we will have an infant in the room and i will need to beable to hear the baby cry whenever it wakes up in the middle of the night. I could possible use them until the baby is born but after that there is no way. So please help me. =[

Yes he is overweight, i thought that had something to do with it. =[ i def tell him to go to the doctors though and we will see how those strips work.

I feel your pain. He must have go and get a Sleep Study done. ASAP. He could suffer from OSA ( obstructive sleep apnea). He could also have some cardiac issues too. Is he overweight? I don’t want to scare you but sometimes these people forget to breathe during their sleep and can be subject to cardiac arrest ( heart attack) Also, a persons oxygen level drops sometimes in the 80′s with OSA. Of course, this is why I am recommending he have the study done. I have had my husband using those “breathe right strips and that stop snoring spray before to no avail. The best thing would be a CPAP machine that would be prescribed by a doctor that will have appropriate settings on them for your boyfriend.
